CLARKS SUMMIT, Pa. — On Saturday in Lackawanna County , little ghouls and goblins took over downtown Clarks Summit.

State Street was crowded with kiddos listening to witch stories.

More than 30 local businesses handed out candy. There was also a costume competition at the Depot Street Pocket Park in Clarks Summit.
