Tawang, Oct 25: The North Eastern Region (NER) NCC Directorate has launched a 10-day Border Outreach Program-cum-Vibrant Village Tour, organized by the 2 Arunachal Pradesh Battalion NCC, Tawang, under the Tezpur Group Headquarters, with active support from the Indian Army’s Gajraj Corps.

The event, being held from October 22 to 31, aims to instil a spirit of nationalism, adventure, and awareness among NCC cadets about life in India’s border regions.

The flag-off ceremony held at the Giant Buddha Statue, Tawang, was graced by the Commander of 190 Mountain Brigade, Tawang, Brigadier Bhupal Singh and Tawang Deputy Commissioner Namgyal Angmo, along with senior officials from the civil administration and the armed forces.
