The Ivins residents were selected as the winners of the company’s annual “Chill Seekers: The Ancient A/C Hunt” giveaway, a search for Southern Utah’s oldest air conditioner still rattling along.

2025 marks the third edition of “Chill Seekers,” part of S&S Mechanical’s ongoing effort to give back to the community it has proudly served for over 40 years. The contest continues to grow, receiving more than twice as many entries this year.

“By that response, there’s a pretty big need in the community for upgraded equipment,” owner Cory Pincock said. “It's great for us to be able to help.”
