Salman Khan recently had an unusual and heartwarming commute to the sets of his upcoming film Battle of Galwan in Mumbai. After wrapping up a grueling 45-day shoot in the picturesque but remote terrains of Leh, Ladakh, Salman returned to the city to kick off the film’s second schedule.

Mumbai’s notorious traffic, however, posed an unexpected challenge for the superstar. Rather than risk being late for the shoot, Salman reportedly skipped his car and took a lift from local kids on their bike.

A source close to the production told HTCity, “While Salman stays in Bandra and Mumbai is infamous for its traffic, the actor once got stuck for a couple of hours but as he wanted to reach onto the sets on time, he skipped his car and took lift from the local kids on their bike."
