Saturday brought another day of gloomy skies with pesky, annoying light rainfall. Sunday is looking to play out much the same way.
Rainfall will kick off the morning hours for areas mainly east of Highway 65. Precipitation could spill into the western portions of our viewing area, but mostly as light showers and sprinkles.
Rain will be heaviest in the morning before slowly tapering off and becoming more scattered by the afternoon. Areas to the west can expect to pick up between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain.
The gray skies and cooler temperatures will stick around for Monday, but rain looks unlikely. We’ll have to wait until Tuesday for our next shot at precipitation.
