It's already the final Sunday of October and we have entered the final week of Eastern Daylight Time. Next weekend, we set those clocks back an hour.

Today will be a pleasant day for all the fall activities. It will be partly cloudy and cool, with high temperatures between 50 and 60 degrees.

Tonight will be frosty and (literally) freezing as the sky clears, allowing for temperatures to fall to chilly levels. Some hill towns will sink into the 20-degree range!

This week, we're monitoring the chance for rain to impact our Halloween. Until then, the week will begin sunny and cool. As the week progresses, clouds will increase by Wednesday, before rain arrives late Thursday.
