CIRCLEVILLE, OH — One of Circleville’s favorite Thanksgiving traditions is back. The annual Circleville Turkey Trot will hit the streets once again on Thanksgiving morning , bringing together runners and walkers of all ages to celebrate the season while supporting local efforts to combat hunger.

This year’s event will benefit two vital community organizations — the Emergency Clearinghouse Food Pantry and the Community Cupboards of Pickaway County — both of which work year-round to provide food and household essentials to local families in need.

In 2024, the Turkey Trot raised more than $8,700 for the PICCA Fresh Produce Market and drew 303 participants from seven states , ranging in age from 5 to 90. Organizers hope to see even more participants and donations this year.
