CARROLL, OH — The Circleville Tigers capped off a historic regular season Friday night, defeating the Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs 26–7 at Carl Fell Stadium to secure their first-ever home playoff game.
Heading into the matchup, Bloom-Carroll was hoping to lock down the Mid-State League Buckeye Division title outright, while Circleville aimed to close the season with a statement win — and they did just that.
With the victory, Circleville finishes the regular season at 7–3 , marking the program’s first winning record since 2015 . The win also forces Bloom-Carroll to share the MSL-Buckeye championship with Hamilton Township.
The Tigers’ strong performance on both sides of the ball sealed the game early, controlling the pace and keeping the Bulldogs’ offense in check.
