Report: Paradise Valley most expensive ZIP code in state

Marks 7th consecutive year with this recognition

Paradise Valley’s 85253 ZIP code is Arizona’s most expensive ZIP code for the seventh consecutive year, now with a new median sale price record of $3.5 million, according to PropertyShark.

It also ranks as the 23rd most expensive ZIP code in the U.S., its highest ranking yet.

This is the 10th edition of the national real estate data provider’s annual report of the 100 most expensive ZIP codes in the U.S.

The report ranks the country’s most expensive real estate based on closed-sale data, not sellers’ listing ambitions.
