A glamorous influencer has broken her silence after being arrested for allegedly heading up a drug smuggling operation . Melissa Said, 23, was arrested in Bahia, Brazil for allegedly leading a criminal gang involved with the distribution of the drug and money laundering .

Melissa, who was picked up by cops last week, called her arrest "a shame" as she denied being part of a trafficking operation. The Sun US reports she said: "It's a shame. No one in the world should be arrested for smoking marijuana."
