The football community collectively mourned the sudden passing of former Jets center Nick Mangold on Sunday, with Mangold’s family and friends receiving an outpouring of support from his former teammates, peers and friends on social media.

The beloved Jets lineman died Saturday night from complications of kidney disease — just two weeks after revealing he was in need of a transplan t.
