All adoption fees waived during National Adoption Week event with Spokane Humane Society and PetSmart Charities

SPOKANE, Wash. -- There are still a few hours left to grow your family and give a local furry friend in need their forever home!

On Sunday, October 26, from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m., Spokane Humane Society is teaming up with PetSmart Charities for National Adoption Week!

During the event, Spokane Humane Society animals in need of a loving home will be available for a meet-and-greet with potential adopters at Northpointe PetSmart (9950 N. Newport Hwy).

All animal adoption fees on Sunday will be 100% waived.

"Every adoption changes two lives, the animal without a home or family, and he person adopting," said Kristi Soto, Director of Marketing and Development at Spokane Humane Society.
