A 16-year-old girl was shot and injured Friday evening when gunfire erupted at a Monroe County Halloween block party, state police said.
Unique Kaheem Johnson, 20, of Stroudsburg has been identified as the gunman, according to Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Anthony Petroski III, public information officer for Troop N.
Johnson is charged with felony attempted murder, attempted involuntary manslaughter and felony aggravated assault. A warrant has been issued for his arrest at the office of District Judge Jamie Levy.
A second suspect, Benjamin Carl Booth, 18, of Stroudsburg, faces the same charges.
Booth was arraigned Sunday before District Judge Richard P. White, who denied bail. No attorney information was immediately available Sunday for Booth.
