The National Weather Service released a frost advisory at 5:09 p.m. on Sunday valid for Monday between midnight and 9 a.m. for Northern Erie.
The weather service states to be ready for, “Temperatures as low as 26 degrees will result in frost formation.”
“Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered,” adds the weather service. “Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.”
