Strictly’s Amber Davies has broken her silence on the ‘gut wrenching’ dance-off as she made ‘extremely lucky’ admission.

The former Love Island winner was drafted after the BBC programme’s launch show when Dani Dyer had to withdraw after fracturing her ankle in training.

Since joining forces with professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin , Amber has been one of the highest scoring celebrities of the annual programme’s 23rd season.

With Saturday night (October 25) marking icons week, the pair danced the Cha Cha Cha to Break Free by Ariana Grande.

The judges scored Amber , who revealed she’s met pop star Ariana in the past, and Nikita 33 out of 40 points for the routine.
