Vendors hand out candy, show off seasonal selections at Frederick Fall Festival

Vendor stalls at the Frederick Fall Festival along Carroll Creek on Sunday became Halloween candy stops for kids who said "trick or treat."

Vendors handed out those prizes to the younger attendees, many of whom were in costumes such as a pirate, a dinosaur and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
