EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) -- Evansville Regional Airport hosted its terminal treats Halloween event today.

Families gathered at the terminal for inclusive festivities. The event offered a sensory and allergy-friendly halloween experience.

The event featured trick-or-treating and toys. Tonight's event emphasized accessibility and community connection.

“The parents have expressed appreciation, this is an inaugural event for us, so they appreciated the opportunity to have this, uh, chance for their children to have opportunities for candies that don't have the dyes, don't have other things that are more harmful and that can trigger individuals, um, with various sensory, um, issues, so yes, they've been very appreciative,” Michelle Kirk said.
