We've all seen the layer of dust and dirt that can accumulate on visible surfaces that haven't been cleaned in a while.

Well, imagine what's lurking under furniture so heavy or full it can't be easily moved.

One person has become so frustrated by the difficulty of cleaning under their sofa, they reached out to Reddit's Cleaning Tips group for advice.

"So I just spent 20 minutes trying to clean under my couch and I'm convinced there's gotta be a better way than what I'm doing lol.
