Another disappointing effort came from the Dallas Cowboys in Week 8, as the team suffered an embarrassing loss to the Denver Broncos. The team’s latest outing was a 44-24 defeat in which Dak Prescott threw for 188 yards and two interceptions.
Prescott also got sacked twice for a loss of 15 yards, with the Cowboys getting two of their touchdowns from Javonte Williams and one from Jalen Tolbert. However, Tolbert’s TD reception came courtesy of backup quarterback Joe Milton III, who came in for four attempts in the devastating loss in Denver.
The team’s defense recorded an interception from Bo Nix, but he also threw for 247 yards and four touchdown passes in the Broncos’ sixth win of the season. Additionally, running back J.K. Dobbins had 111 rushing yards, and RJ Harvey added 46 rushing
