This week's Hometown MVP takes us to North Andover, and is all about a young man who may be the busiest guy in town.

"I'm a very outgoing and determined person," Phillips said.

You can describe Phillips in a lot of ways. He's definitely tough, really strong and a leader.

"I have to lead by example," Phillips, a senior football captain said.

He's a multisport athlete. He also throws discus and the shot put.

The thing about Phillips is that you really can't keep him in a box.

He's in the school choir and even sings the national anthem before his own games.

"I just love the fact that I get to make people think and feel something," he said.
