In 2026, Az Business magazine is launching a new feature to spotlight the strengths and innovative qualities of business leaders from a wide variety of ages and generations. Generations of Leadership will spotlight the state’s most impactful business leaders in their 20s, business leaders in their 30s, business leaders in their 40s, business leaders in their 50s and those seasoned executives who are age 60 and older.

Nominations for Generations of Leadership are open. Nominations close Jan. 31, 2026. Honorees will be chosen by Az Business magazine’s editorial board in collaboration with business leaders from a wide range of sectors and ages. Those selected will be featured in the May 2026 issue of Az Business magazine.
