Markets received a boost after trade negotiators from China and the US announced Sunday that they’d struck a slew of agreements over two days in Malaysia. Chinese President Xi Jinping and US President Donald Trump are expected to sign off on the terms this week in South Korea, meeting in person for time in six years. Trump touched down in Japan to meet Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi.
