Orkla India Limited IPO to open on Oct 29 October 27, 2025

Ahmedabad: Orkla India Limited (formerly known as MTR Foods Private Limited) will open the bid/offer for its initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The bid/offer will close on Friday, October 31, 2025, the company announced today.

According to the company, “The Anchor Investor Bidding Date shall be Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Bids can be made for a minimum of 20 equity shares and in multiples of 20 equity shares thereafter. The price band has been fixed at ₹695 to ₹730 per equity share. The offer comprises an offer for sale of up to 22,843,004 equity shares.
