INGRAM, Pa. (WTAJ) -- Parents are being urged to check their kids' Halloween candy after it was reported a baggie of cocaine was found in one.
Ingram police said the unknown substance was found after trick-or-treating in a small knotted baggie. Preliminary testing showed it was positive for cocaine.
Police were unable to determine the exact location where the cocaine was allegedly put in the trick-or-treat bag, but they continue the investigation.
While it is likely a mistake, parents are advised to double-check candy bags after their kids go out trick-or-treating.
If something in question is found, such as drugs or marijuana edibles that look like candy, you're asked to call your local police station.
