Man Struck By Own SUV On Route 80: NJSP

A man was injured after he was hit by his own SUV on Route 80 in Warren County on Sunday, Oct. 26, authorities said.

At 11:04 a.m., the driver of a Honda SUV exited his vehicle on Route 80 West in Allamuchy Twp when it began to roll forward and struck him, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.

The victim sustained minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital, Lebron said.

The incident remains under investigation, Lebron said.
