A 146,366-square-foot office building in Madison recently sold to Gellert Global Group , a century-old food importing business.
The four-story property at 2 Giralda Farms will serve as the importer’s new corporate headquarters to support the company’s expanding North American operations, according to JLL Capital Markets.
“The Group supplies the needs of retailers, distributors, food service chains, hotels, cruise lines, and food manufacturers,” according to the company’s website. “The Group is also active in restaurant and non-food operations and real estate investments.”
The current North American headquarters for the family-owned company is in Elizabeth.
