Nationwide has announced a change to Decision in Principles for mortgage customers. Nationwide subsidiary The Mortgage Works has "enhanced" its Decision in Principle process and "increaseed support" for Limited Company landlords, it says.

The firm, which is a branch of Nationwide, is making a number of enhancements to its application process as it continues to respond to broker feedback, particularly on limited company borrowing.

The changes start on Monday. Under the shake-up, it is introducing a Decision in Principle (DIP) for Limited Company purchase and remortgage applications.
