Shell-shocked residents have spoke of their devastation after a woman was 'racially abused and raped' in their community.

The community is reeling after the victim, said to be in her 20s, was attacked in the Park Hall area of Walsall on Saturday night.

Visibly upset locals gathered to process the horrific violation on one of their own.

This morning, a sexual violence advisor stood on a roundabout holding a sign which said: "We Stand With You Sister."

She said: "We heard what's happened to one of our sisters.
