Patna ( Bihar ) [India], October 27 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Monday hit out at RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav over his remarks on the Waqf (Amendment) Act, and said the people of Bihar understand the politics of Muslim appeasement.
He also called it an insult to Parliament and the Constitution of India.
Speaking to the reporters in Patna, Keshav Prasad Maurya said, "This is an insult to the Parliament of India. This is an insult to the Constitution of India. The law has been made and he (Tejashwi Yadav) is saying that we will throw this law in the trash. The people of Bihar understand the disgusting politics of Muslim appeasement. The public will respond to this on November 6 and 11."
