2UTICA, N.Y. – Police are investigating two separate shootings that occurred over the weekend in Utica, following ShotSpotter alerts that led officers to recover shell casings and a loaded firearm.
The first incident took place Saturday night around 10:25 p.m. on the 900 block of Blandina Street.
The second occurred Sunday on the 1100 block of Dudley Avenue, where police found a 9mm handgun linked to the gunfire.
