COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - Fire crews are on scene at Manchester Expressway for a fire.

Fire and public safety officials have blocked Manchester Expy. east and west bound from River Road and 2nd Avenue in Columbus and are asking you avoid the area and find an alternate route.

The cause of the fire is currently unknown at this time.
