MOODY, Ala. (TRIBUNE) — The city of Moody has lifted its outdoor burning ban effective immediately, according to a statement released by the Moody Fire Department.
“We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation while conditions improved,” the department said in the written statement.
Residents may now resume permitted outdoor burning activities, including brush, debris, and yard waste. Fire officials, however, urged the public to continue taking proper safety precautions. “Please continue to exercise caution and follow safe practices,” the statement read.
