CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Division of Police has arrested three juveniles who are believed to be connected to a recent string of car break-ins and a shooting incident.
According to a release from police, following multiple reports of broken-into vehicles, investigators launched a coordinated effort to identify the suspects involved.
Detectives reviewed surveillance footage, collected evidence and interviewed victims and witnesses. During the investigation, two vehicles were identified as being involved in the break-ins.
On Oct. 26, at around 10 p.m., investigators were alerted to a felonious assault shooting in the 400 block of East 115th Street.
