New Delhi, Oct 27 (UNI) The Delhi Police today said that they have solved the brutal murder of a 32-year-old UPSC aspirant and have arrested three persons, including a woman B.Sc Forensic Science student who used her specialized knowledge to stage the crime as a fire accident.
The accused have been identified as Amrita Chauhan (21), her ex-boyfriend Sumit Kashyap (27), and Sandeep Kumar (29), all residents of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
The case dates back to October 6, when a fire was reported on a fourth-floor residence in Gandhi Vihar. After extinguishing the blaze, police discovered the severely burned body of Ram Kesh Meena, a UPSC aspirant living at the address. Initial investigation revealed suspicious circumstances.
