Gopeshwar (U'khand), Oct 27 (PTI) Mild tremors were felt in Chamoli district on Monday evening, officials said. No damage was reported The local administration said the tremors were felt around 6.45 pm.

The earthquake measured 3.4 on the Richter scale, with its epicentre five kilometres below the surface in Chamoli, accordig to the National Center for Seismology (NCS).

Chamoli District Magistrate Gaurav Kumar said no reports of damage were received. PTI DPT VN VN
