Felipe Hernandez, owner of Los Hernandez Tamales:
Tell us what inspired you to start your business.
"I was in need of a job, I thought of a business selling my sister's tamales, it was a very good product and already had a following."
What are some of the challenges or hurdles you had to overcome?
"The challenges are mostly financial, keeping up with cost of supplies through the increases and labor and still keeping the cost down for the consumer. Covid-19 really challenged all the food industry that we are all in some way still
