He described support for the petition from the region as “phenomenal.”
“In Hinton, I was shocked – they really pulled in a lot of signatures,” Lukaszuk told the Whitecourt Star . “And I’m hearing things are going really well in Whitecourt and the surrounding area.”
The petition poses the question, “Do you agree that Alberta should remain in Canada?”
