The Brian Kelly Era in Baton Rouge, La., is now over, with the LSU football coaching search underway after the Tigers parted ways with Kelly on Sunday. His final act as the LSU head coach saw his team embarrassed in a 49-25 home loss to Texas A&M on Saturday, thus ending Kelly's tenure after three-plus seasons and a 34-14 (.708 record). While Kelly racked up lots of victories with the Tigers, he failed to win the SEC in any year, and LSU's 13 losses as a ranked team under his spell are the most of any team in the nation since he took over in 2022.
