Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray on Monday launched a scathing attack on Union Home Minister Amit Shah, likening him to both an “Anaconda” and “Abdali” during a fiery address at a party function at the NSCI Dome in Worli.
The remarks came during a rally of party functionaries where Thackeray accused the BJP of attempting to “swallow” Mumbai through political manipulation and land grabbing, vowing to resist any such move.

Referring to a report in Saamna, the Shiv Sena (UBT)’s mouthpiece, about a new BJP office allegedly built “by grabbing land in lightning speed,” Thackeray drew a pointed comparison between the ruling party and a recently introduced anaconda at Jijamata Udyan.
