Cody 'Beef' Franke, a 'beloved member' of Barstool Sports, has passed away aged 31.

A major contributor to the Fore Play podcast, Franke was a PGA professional who described himself as the 'common instructor for the common golfer'.

He built an impressive following on social media before joining the podcast for 2025.

Franke quickly became a favorite among fans thanks to his practice tips and infectious personality, and his sudden death was announced by Barstool on Monday, October 27.
