Three men accused of seeking sexual activities with someone they believed to be a teenager have been charged, Ingham County Sheriff’s officials said.
Gregory Leroy Jordan III, 37, of Lansing, Syed Muhammed Zaid Alvi, 30, of East Lansing, and Kalil Davonte Brown, 24, of Farmington Hills, were arrested Wednesday, the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
They had "engaged in extensive online communications with undercover officers posing as a 15-year-old girl and arranged to meet them for sexual purposes," the release said.
All three were taken into custody without incident when they arrived to meet, authorities said.
