THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Electoral Officer Ratan U. Khelkar announced that he will hold discussions with district collectors at 3.30 pm today as part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists in Kerala. A meeting of political parties will be called on the 29th.

The application for the 2.78 crore people currently on the voter list will be ready by tonight. BLOs will visit homes and collect the application. If they are unable to meet the voter, they are instructed to visit their homes three times. Those who cannot produce any documents will get help from the Election Commission's help desk.

All eligible voters will be in the electoral roll in Kerala. SIR will not be a problem for expatriates, as family members can sign the application and add their names. Everyone, including
