This development came to light during a High Court hearing, where representatives disclosed measures to help parents lodge complaints about exorbitant charges.

At the heart of the controversy is a public interest litigation by Deepchandra Pandey, who claims many private schools impose elevated fees, alongside requirements to purchase school materials from specific shops, potentially inflating costs.
