A man wanted on human trafficking and other charges in Las Vegas was arrested in Miami Beach with the help of the FBI, police said.
Dshante Styles, 35, was was taken into custody Friday, Miami Beach Police said in a news release Monday.
According to police, Styles is a known fugitive who was wanted in Las Vegas for a series of violent offenses that include sex trafficking and endangering other persons or property. Miami Beach Police
Police learned Styles, who they said has an "extensive and violent criminal history," was believed to be within Miami Beach and were able to track him down using license plate reader technology and FBI intelligence, officials said.
