WATERVILLE - Waterville Police are investigating two shooting incidents...
Just before 5am this morning the Waterville Police Department responded to a report of people yelling at each other on Brook Street.
Police Chief William Bonney says subsequent calls indicated a shooting had occurred at 21 Brook Street apartment 2 at the residence of 25-year-old James Furrow.
According to Bonney, the shooting was the result of an altercation between Furrow and a 31-year-old male.
Furrow has been charged with elevated aggravated assault and reckless conduct with a firearm.
The other occurred on Sunday just before 1pm in the parking lot of the JFK Plaza on Kennedy Memorial Drive .
Bonney says the initial call was for a possible fight.
He says several shots were fired in the vicinity.
