Illinois College Esports teams competed in several matches last week as they neared the end of their NECC and MVEC seasons. Teams participated in Valorant, Overwatch 2, Rocket League, and Super Smash Bros.

The Valorant team achieved a 2–1 win over Morningside during Midwest Esports Conference play. Dwight Duijneveld set a new program record with 75 kills in the series. The team later lost a close match to Drury University, ending with a 0–2 result and a narrow 14–12 score on Corrode.

In Overwatch 2 competition, Illinois College played its final NECC matches of the fall season. The team lost 2–3 to UW–River Falls and finished the semester with losses to Nebraska Omaha (0–3) and Illinois State (2–3).
