The Green Bay Packers got more than a win. They saw their quarterback Jordan Love make franchise history. “Go Pack Go” got louder with every throw. It felt like Lambeau, not Acrisure. Love faced his old mentor, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers , and flat-out upstaged the legends, both past and present. Watching the game, Brett Favre noticed something that even Rodgers had failed to achieve when he was in green and gold.
Twenty straight completions in a single game. Favre’s salute to Love’s achievement said it all. He dropped a story on Instagram with a picture of Love, and added a short message.
“Congratulations to Jordan Love for his 20-straight completions in a row and the Packers on the big win last night!”
It was a feat only Brett Favre had managed
