ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A warrant for the arrest of Kristi Gutierrez has been issued after she failed to appear in court Monday morning. In 2021, Gutierrez was arrested after she was found driving a stolen car with loose fentanyl pills all throughout the car. This, while her two-year-old son was in the back of the car.

Gutierrez was supposed to appear in court to learn the sentencing for her crime, but she failed to appear before the judge.
