OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - The babies in Nebraska Medicine’s Newborn Intensive Care Unit are the cutest things you’ll see this Halloween.
Nurses teamed up with the March of Dimes NICU Family Support Program to create the homemade costumes.
This year’s theme was “Storytime,” as the babies’ outfits were inspired by beloved storybooks. The hospital showed off the outfits in a Facebook post Monday morning.
Costumes ranged from “Where the Wild Things Are” to “Pete the Cat” to “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie.”
You can vote on your favorite outfit in the comments on the Facebook post.
“The nurses handmade the costumes (some lovingly crocheted!) and donated money so each baby could receive the book to match their costume. We can’t think of a better treat than a book!,” Nebraska Medicine writes in
