Monday evening will be a gloomy one as clouds hang tough across the region. With an area of low pressure across the Tennessee Valley and a trough nearby, scattered showers will be a good bet. Wet roads and gusty winds are never a good combination so something to be mindful of if you plan to hit the road. Overnight lows will also be chilly as they drop into the 40s.
Tuesday sees our low pressure way down to our south slowly exit towards the East Coast. It will still keep its influence in our region as cloudy skies remain along with off and on showers. Cloudy skies will hamper our daytime highs as they only make it near 50. East winds also gusting 20-30 mph will be a good excuse to hunker down those Halloween decorations.
